    Even the recent Doctor Who ep Demons of the Punjab, written specifically to showcase the horrors of the Partition, didn't mention that.

    Everyone has to have their Churchill, or perhaps there are no true 100% heroes at that level. Still, Who is all about a flawed central character, so you'd have thought they could draw the comparison.

    Did the church ask Christopher Hitchens to play Devil's Advocate about why Mother Theresa shouldn't be sanctified? What was his case?

    In fairness the main crimes were of short sightedness and incompetence, not intentional malice. Nonetheless ask ten Brits about the history of Indian/Pakistani relations and I'll put money on nine not knowing a damn thing about the role we played.
