Back when Tamar was in charge (Lanz was on his sabbatical) and skin had his last major breakdown, she didn't think he was that incapable of being a threat. You can't keep your story straight. A few days ago the site was dying, you knew it, everybody knew it, and everybody was fine with it as long as nothing changed. Today you're back in damage control mode, the membership erosion isn't as bad as it seems, many who left pre-dated your administration, posting is still declining but at least it isn't in the freefall it was in last year, blah blah blah.

Regardless, your failure hasn't just been in driving people away, it's also been the inability to either lure former members back or gain new members. Do you have any actual plan for building membership and broadening the appeal of the site, or are you just content to let it disintegrate?

In fact when I bought it I 'shared' my puchase on FB saying I knew nothing about it except but the author, however it was highly rated so my smoker friends should check it out.
