Better than nothing, but like in Maine, NYC, and SF, it's only going to improve things on the margins. Most votes will go the same way, ending up between the same candidates. Need multi-member district to actually fix the legislature, but those are still illegal under federal law.

Are you seriously trying to say that folks should be like Dayton and rigidly hold to a particular position, regardless of how much time passes?
