Small world - an army buddy of mine had this same thing happen to his brother in Mesa Arizona many years ago. He was acting out-of-control and unstable and when the cops showed up they shot him dead. My buddy hated cops ever since and even beat the dog-shit out of a CID agent at one point. But my buddy was an E-7 at the time so he didn't get in any real trouble for it of course.

Yes tasers can kill and cause permanent harm, but not nearly as often as bullets. That said there are two (that I can think of) lawsuits going on here in Augusta against jails/police over lingering injuries from being tased.
This. You can argue with police to some extent, but if it gets to the point that they're going to arrest you, resisting is moronic. You. Will. Not. Win. Ever. At a minimum you'll get injured and you just might end up dead. Even if the cops are in the wrong.
Its simple. Avoid anywhere more than just a couple blacks live or congregate. They are like animals when they get in groups and feed off each other.
