Class Action suit by "next gen" Holocaust Survivors against Germany

I wouldn't have the German state do it, just the estates of Nazi party members. If they're dead, and their kids are dead, let it go (that goes for both sides). But one generation? Eh, I can see a case for it. They should be suing ex-Nazi kids though, not Germany itself.
