Throwing objects, any objects at someone operating a motor vehicle should be seen as endangering the lives of everyone around them. You don't distract someone operating a vehicle you have no idea what their response will be. They could very well, panic or loose visibility and cause serious injury or death. Punks should be fined for every goddamn cent wasted over this incident and face some jail time for endangering the public.

Dude, you don't know nuthin' bout snowballs. I think everybody in NYC that drives has had a snowball thrown at their car at least once. I've yet to hear of any snowball induced accidents.
