    Yeah, Spock got his Y Chromosome's doubled up.

    Scotty was unaffected completely as he was IIRC never abducted from the Enterprise (the alien machines used transporters to randomly snatch people off the ship as well as all those in the landing parties).

    Personally, I like The New Voyages II and its final story "The Sleeping God".

    And yeah, it has some cool Star Trekkian space battles in it.
