198 out of 200 on Content Knowledge is far from "barely passed". I received a Certificate of Excellence for that. And it qualified me for HQT status.

The governor is very likely to be a Republican given the Democratic Party is all but dead here. So I doubt a Republican would be willing to investigate another Republican anyway.
