Again you're a liar. No family has the right to tell any jail anywhere in this country that they must keep a prisoner in the jail. To do so would violate several of the inmates rights. And any competent sheriff's department would have told them to fuck off because again no family has the right to order the sheriff to hold a prisoner in a specific place. He would never say that unless you were stupid enough to let the inmate go to the hospital without an escort. But you keep making up your story....
Looks like I was right. Dumb ass didn't listen to someone who knew the rules and let an inmate go free. Dayton you stupid fuck even for a non-violent drug offense you don't send them out of jail without an escort. What if that non-violent offender had decided to rape some woman in the hospital parking lot? You'd be sued civilly and probably have a criminal record for helping a inmate escape. And before you come back with, "what if he died in the jail?" That is why you write in the log book, "Called Deputy X about Inmate Z medical condition. Deputy said under no circumstances is inmate to leave the jail." And you log the time of the call. And you pull all the procedures on medical emergencies right there and go over them before you stupidly assume you can call an ambulance. I bet it is right in the damn policy that it says no inmate shall go the hospital without an escort.
And just how the hell am I supposed to "send an escort"? I had no authority to order a deputy to go along with him. What was I supposed to do? Leave the jail unattended. I'm beginning to believe the best thing would've been to let the guy lay on the floor indefinitely and ignore him. Either way I don't care. I didn't want the job. I wasn't going to stay there but another month anyway. And if any of you don't want to believe my account of events then you can stop starting threads about me or posting in those that are about me. You don't see me going out of the way to talk about my background outside of My Diary thread. Only reason I mentioned stuff here was that some guy decided to start a thread with my name in it.

So here is a handy 'Internet Rule' for future reference: When someone starts a thread to troll you, do not respond to that thread. Ignore it. See? Easy. This might shock you, Dayton, but you don't always have to have the last word and you don't always have to try and prove you are right about everything.
Could be many reasons. Most likely to not have the department embarrassed in front of the nation because you know a case like this in this day and age of the internet would be all over the place. "Stupid guard sends inmate faking sickness to hospital without an escort" Far easier to end his probationary period and just pretend it never happened. Dayton is seriously lucky that this guy committed no serious crime after the escape because in such a situation they would bring him up on criminal charges just to cover themselves over liability issues. Especially after he was told not to do it by the deputy who runs the jail.
I thought Dayton was responding pretty well till after post 11 where he let himself get dragged into a fight over his previous jobs. He screwed up at post 14. I would have responded to Black Dove: "Better to be fired from a real job then playing at make-believe job hunting "ghosts" or your friends real "child molester" (here's a hint Velma: it was your friend)." But yeah Dayton should probably not respond in the future to any threads with his name in it.
OK. Only up to the end of page 4, but I'll add one thing: You all seem to be forgetting Dayton got his start as a troll. He effectively trolled TBBS until he got kicked out. Then he brought his TBBS act over here and bombed. It was way too obvious for us here. So he retooled it to what we have today. Maybe he knocked off the whole troll schtick and he is the person he claims to be. Maybe he just took it to the next level, the whole persona is an act, and he's enjoying making you all dance likel little monkeys. Just sayin'.
Because, while the person running the jail might not be qualified to escort prisoners, EMTs would obviously be qualified. Yup. Either you're trolling or you really are that stupid.
