Your statement is akin to saying, "I don't think that the Japanese were concerned about the Americans" in response to someone talking about cheddar cheese. Given, however, that you won't be able to connect the necessary dots to understand any of this, I'm going to spell it out to you in simple English (you know, the language we Americans speak): How do you think the Soviets would have dealt with someone burning the Soviet flag in the middle of Red Square in Moscow during the Stalinist era? Do you think that would have responded in a manner different than what Donald Trump has suggested? If so, why?
I was making a joke. For your information and growth I'll point out that a "joke" is a form of humor generally presented in writing or orally and intended to stimulate often lighthearted amusement though it can be used to make a larger more serious point.
It was a joke dude. For your information and growth I'll point out that a "joke" is a form of humor generally presented in writing or orally and intended to stimulate often lighthearted amusement though it can be used to make a larger more serious point.
Which is why you immediately followed up that statement with the following: If I said I was going to rape your mother, and then in my next post discussed ways of doing so (including digging up her body and desecrating it), would you automatically assume that I was joking? Assume, also, that on many occasions when I'd posted a response to something people replied with Do you think that people would assume that some stupid comment that I posted was a joke, or that I was being serious?
I'm not suggesting anything at all. Other than you're an asshat. Wait, no, I don't have to suggest that, because your comments have made it quite clear that you are an asshat.
So, you're denying that you said the comments quoted in this thread? Because it's easy enough to find out if you did say those things. (Hint: You did) Or are you denying you're an asshat? Because, as your own comments point out, you pulled a hit-and-run, which by default makes you an asshat unwilling to accept responsibility for your actions.
You know, this is tiresome. You don't quote my post because you naively think that I won't respond to it, so you'll be able to "score points" on a largely insignificant message board. Of course, since I get a notification that you've posted to this thread, I'm going to check it out, since I'm 100% certain you're responding to what I said, which negates your effort at concealing your non-rebuttal rebuttal. You can't even articulate what I said might be a lie, other than to claim it is. We could do a poll in the RR on if you're an asshat or not, but I think that we both know how that'd turn out. Either "asshat" or "teh baba" would garner the most votes. But that's not really necessary. We;ll just take one simple example of what you've done. You hit the car of an old lady on the road, and instead of stopping to make sure that the damage was indeed minor, you tricked her into thinking that you were going to pull over and then drove off. That makes you an asshat. Were anyone here to do the same to you, as you did to the old lady, I doubt if you'd be so sanguine about the matter. You'd no doubt be upset over the principal of the thing, and rightly so. After all, look at how upset you were over someone writing to your principal over your comments here. You made the comments, so either admit that they were wrong, or own up to them, but don't claim someone's a liar for merely reposting what you said.
What makes you think they haven't? Remember. I don't get all worked up about a scratch or dent in my vehicle. No one should.
If they have, they've been smart enough not to mention it here. Unlike you. You are not the measure of all things. Additionally, we have only your word for the level of damage which occurred to the vehicle. What you might call a "scratch" could well be considered significant damage by others. Given your tendency to belittle the comments made by others, while exaggerating your own sufferings, I'm not at all inclined to believe that it was a "scratch."
In some cases, it most certainly is. Again, if anyone doubts that you're an asshat, all they need to do is read this thread and they'll quickly be disabused of that idea.
' Yet you believe the stuff about the incident that casts me in a bad light don't you? So you believe anything I say that makes me look bad. But do not believe anything I say that makes me look good or mitigates the bad. Even when I'm talking about the EXACT same event. Something is seriously wrong with that on your part.
Dayton, when you come on here and declare yourself clever for fleeing the scene of an accident you aren't exactly offering much room for interpretation. You're just flat out displaying a crappy attitude that makes you look bad.
No Dayton, it's not about wanting to look at it any particular way. It's just the way it is. Fleeing the scene of an accident you caused is the action of a selfish person who cares not for the other individual/s involved. Thinking you're clever for it only magnifies the immorality of the action.
So, you admit that it was the wrong thing to do? If you're being honest about it, why shouldn't I? Nothing you've said about that particular incident makes you look good or mitigates your actions. Something is seriously wrong with someone bragging about committing a hit and run.
He literally sees nothing wrong with the felony he committed. And he doesn't understand why others would find his behavior immoral and illegal.
The sheriff's deputies I told the story to at work (when I worked for the sheriff's department) thought it was hilarious. They certainly didn't whine on and on about it being a "felony".
