If you're wondering why they simply didn't call 911 for an ambulance, well, apparently in AR, if you can 911 it can take up to twenty minutes for someone to answer, not respond, but simply pick up the phone when someone calls 911 in the area. So, yeah, if you think that you might be having a heart attack, probably not a good idea to call 911 in AR.

I move back north after the military. and even though I'd spent the previous 17+/- years in the south, it was in northern Illinois when a former cop was all up in my face telling me how "black people are animals". As I was so blown away that this human in 1995 would say something so completely racist and ignorant, I am ashamed to say I didn't immediately end his nonsensical rant. I listened, disbelieving, as he continued expecting me to agree with him.

Anyway, everything I've seen and heard in the last 3 years supports this. Any cop that isn't racist, please, stand up and speak out.
