Yeah, the racism is probably not bannable in and of itself, but the constant use of racial slurs over and over again as directed epithets is what usually trips things.

Yeah, it's not so much @Dinner being a racist (a verifiable fact) that's bannable. It's that he is once again exhibiting his racist conduct which received him bans in the past (prolific use of racial slurs, and then doubling down on using them).

Calling you a racist is a statement of fact, not trolling. 21 members of the board think you're a racist. You can't argue with that, no matter how hard you try.

If people are sick of your racism why is it not legitimate to complain in the Help Desk about having to read racist and bigoted slurs all the time?

Blatant racism was one of my triggers for the ban hammer when I ran the place.

And where is that in that link? Chad brought up my last unfair and unjustified ban so we debated that specific issue. Well, I used facts and debated while he mostly screamed and name called while posting definitions that proved my case for me.

Thus why he and John are now resorting to trolling outside the Red Room.

As has already explained to you, the bigotry in your wetbacks comment was that you chose to assume that the people serving you food were undesirable illegal immigrants and "wetbacks" without knowing, thus creating a stereotype even if "wetbacks" isn't a racial slur, which most consider it to be.

No. You've been promoting the lie over the past day that you only called one Ukrainian a degenerate, but if we read your own words that gave rise to your first ban it's clear that you were offering up a racial stereotype of all Ukrainians as surrendering cowards and flat out called them an inferior people.

You brought up my previous ban then I mentioned both controversy around that ban, namely the definition of the term "wetback", when Chup and certain mods here claimed it meant all Mexicans. You then stupidly provided definitions PROVING it was not all Mexicans but but only illegals as I had previously said.

Your game was to bring up the topic, ask me to respond to the topic (my previous ban), then we discussed that specific topic now you are lying and claiming discussing the topic (which you brought up) is wrong and ban worthy all while trolling outside the Red Room.

Again, I did not bring up the topic, I merely responded after your use of an ethnic slur. I don't know who brought it up initially, but you were the one to double down on the appropriateness of using an ethnic slur.

The comments from over a month ago when I was wrongly banned? Those old comments? And, yes, the restaurant industry in the US (especially in Southern California) is primarially illegal aliens, you fool. Thus the original entirely true statement from well over a month ago.

I apologize, it was El Chup not Chad as clearly documented in the quoted chain. He brought up the topic of my last ban and then I discussed the topic he brought up including rehashing the specifics of that case.

Also, for the record, Chan's definition specifically said it was not an ethnic slur used months back for my unjustified ban. Well, 4 out of 5 definitions specifically said it was a unkind term for illegal alien not all Mexicans as Chup claimed back before the last ban.

It is still bullshit to say he wants to discuss previous ban then fake getting made when I discuss the specifics of the previous ban as requested. A blatant troll.

It's not that you were discussing the previous ban--you had already been discussing it in prior posts and I didn't take issue with any of those. It was the substance of the linked post in which you doubled down on your racism and attempted to explain why it wasn't racism.
