But if someone is already willing to lie at one stage of the proceedings, wouldn't they be just as happy to lie throughout the entire thing?

I get that people lie, I know a woman whose ex husband filed countless false abuse claims against her, but I don't see how getting rid of no-fault eliminates that. It probably just makes it even more costly for the person being lied about, since the court can make them pay the lawyers fees too.
