If these trials prove conclusive, there will be a cure for HIV. Doctors have isolated the one protein in the virus that doesn't mutate, and they have something called an abzyme that has destroyed the virus in lab tests. What a gift for humanity, and for Africa in particular. Please let these trials work.

I'm with Bailey -- I still remember Paul Harvey waxing orgasmic about the HIV vaccine Jonas Salk had developed. This was 20 years ago, and we still have treatment without cure. I'll be ecstatic if this idea works, but I'm not buying balloons and party hats just yet.
