I'm mildly amused, if only because of the stereotypical cannibal aspect that's effectively being made fun of here. Not exactly tasteful to do blackface, but I'm thinking Europeans don't really understand the significance of it, given that the history of it seems to be uniquely American.

It's definitely weird . . . not sure how it's supposedly racist though. As someone already pointed out, the minstrel aspect really only applies in an American context. Btw, the reason she cut the crotch first was to draw attention to the practice among some African cultures of female genital mutilation.

Never said it was. But it is pretty obviously poking fun at old stereotypes associated with Africa, such as them being literally black and being associated with cannibalism, though usually eating the hapless white woman and not getting eaten by one.
