If you mean, because he took political office and now all his dirty laundry has been aired, his and his family’s legacy of criminal activity brought into light, then yea, it’s political. If he didn’t want to be indicted for his crimes, he should not have gone into politics.

No I meant that Joe Biden had documents spread out across three different locations for years, some of them going back to his time in the senate and Joe Biden hasn't been indicted and no questions are asked from the left which tells me that if you are part of a certain political class and you don't challenge them, then you can pretty much get away with anything. I also mean that the left is awfully quiet over the revelations that came out of that interview with Devon Archer. Funny how that is.

Yep, you hate Trump, but you want him running free, and Biden in jail so bad you can taste it.
That narrative totally adds up in logic-land. It really does.

    Let's put it this way.

In the course of your job, you have documents or ... something which you keep track of (perhaps long term, perhaps not. but let's just say it's long term)
In the course of your job, you stuff this document in your backpack at the end of the day thinking you'll read it at home or over the weekend or something. Whatever. It ABSOLUTELY is an important document.
    Should you have done this?
    My job says no.
    But, I did it anyway.
    Why?
Because despite everything, shit needs to get done.

So, weekend comes, work has moved on. I've forgotten about the paper in my backpack which is now probably sitting on my desk at home.

    Years go by.

    New Guy starts working.

Day 1 he takes home a box of classified documents.

By the time he is no longer employed (for whatever reason), we found this guy now has 20+ boxes of classified documents at his house.

Do you see why one is done throughout the course of doing business and the other is definitely shady?

Here's the thing though, you're making a lot of assumptions, excuses and acceptation for Joe Biden and giving him the benefit of the doubt when you don't afford the same for Trump when you don't even know this was the case.

So, you don't see it because you don't want to?

I totally made assumptions. on both parts. it's a hypothetical.

My question is not if it's true, the question is, do you understand the dynamics of the scenario as laid out?

    Ok. Now we're making headway.

Can you understand how, at first glance, the Biden/Trump document could be seen the same way?

If Trump did something wrong then he should absolutely go to jail for it. So should Biden, if he did something wrong.

    Forget about Biden and Trump.

I'm trying to get you to think about your own life.

You do know that you will never EVER know the truth about anything you hear on the news. All you can do is attempt to relate the news to your own life and try to make sense of it.

If you still find yourself feel like you are being "picked on", then you have probably done some shitty things and people are calling you out and that's why you relate to trump.

Given you refuse any evidence against Biden's imaginary guilt, your pretense to "I just want fairness" is exposed as bullshit 100 times over.
You're full of hate, and you want someone to pay.
    Period.

And lest you be tempted with "no, u!!" yes, Biden should be locked up if he did something.
But all you guys can whip out is Hunter shit.
    I don't give a fuck about Hunter.
If Hunter ate a fucking baby, lock him up for eating a baby.
Trump trying to kill democracy is a bigger fish to fry than even an eaten baby.
I'm sorry if that makes you gasp in shock, and cry into your pillow.

So you're just going to ignore Devon Archer's testimony, the IRS whistle-blowers , the what's app text, the video of Biden gloating about he got the Ukraine prosecutor fired? All of that just adds up to nothing and no questions should be asked? No questions should be asked why Biden had those documents or what he did with them? None of this raises any suspicion to you? But you've already found Trump guilty before he's even gone to trial. Incredible.

You're lying because the difference and what Trump is actually in trouble for with it has been explained many many times both here and in reports, so it's impossible for you to have not seen.

The indictment is for deliberate mishandling of classified material, demonstrated by him being on record as showing it to people while laughing about how he shouldn't be because it's classified, and actively conspiring to hide the documents from the government when they asked for them back.

Biden returned the papers he had.

Trump dug in his heels like the toddler he is and refused to, hence the indictment.

Equating the two situations is sub-moronic.

My point is that is the answer to your question.

Question: What am I lying about
Answer: I can't see anything other than both men took documents that they weren't supposed to take and only one of them is being indicted for it.

This is a lie. Because you clearly did not understand the dynamics of the scenario.

How many documents that Trump ‘voluntarily’ turned over even after the subpoena was he charged for possessing?

Was Donald Trump charged with taking classified documents (which occurred in DC) or for refusing to return them, to lie about having them, for defying a subpoena to return them, for having his lawyer lie about returning them, for conspiring to hide them and then attempting to cover up the above crimes all of which occurred in southern Florida?

    Exactly.

For people at that level of clearance and access and public focus they really don't want to make a scene, and actively try to give people the benefit of the doubt and forgiveness.

    That serves two purposes.

    1. Under normal circumstances, it avoids any appearance of unfair political motivations.
    2. Perhaps most importantly, it ensures the most security for the files. If you accept that people touching dozens if not hundreds of classified documents a day will inevitably end up with some misplaced, then you want the process for that being fixed to be as smooth as possible. Being punishing just makes it more likely people will try to hide having made a mistake.
They really try hard to get things back without causing a scene, which is why Trump is being pursued, because they have the paper trail showing they really tried to give him easy options for the material to be returned, and he actively chose to make it as hard as possible for them.

Biden had the papers for years. Why did he have them in the first place? Did he show them to anyone? Did he use them to peddle influence? Did he return all of them? Why were some of them located in the Penn Biden Center? Why did the Chinese fund the Penn Biden Centers? These are questions that have not been answered? He returned the documents around the same time the special prosecutor was announced, doesn't that seem kind of suspicious?

The Biden investigation is ongoing. If there's wrongdoing there they should nail him, too.

It still doesn't change the fact that despite numerous requests to return the documents, Trump lied, delayed, and refused to turn them all over. If he had done so when asked, I seriously doubt he would've been charged.
