Correct me I'm wrong but I've read that despite his substance abuse issues and various vulgarities he was known for, in terms of actual policies he actually governed pretty conservatively.

In the end, this thread is, of course, about him still being a humiliation to Canada, even though he no longer smokes crack. Mere death doesn't wash that stain out.

Mainly it's a treatment for chemo-therapy induced nausea.

Preliminary studies have shown that it can help with killing some cancer cells, it also has been shown to reduce pain, and it does help with chemo related nausea.

Then again Catherine Zeta Jones might indeed be "good for what ails ya". So is everyone invited to Michael's house for cancer prevention or what?
