I'm looking forward to this movie, but I'm hoping it doesn't repeat the idea of Ghostbusters having immediately shut down and being discredited after the events of the previous movie. I read a review earlier that said original movies recognized and embraced the fact that a lot of the elements of the franchise are absurd or ridiculous, but this movie treats those same things with reverence and awe.
