yes but those who made the decision are probably the corporate types at the top who are unable to tie their own shoes and have no concept what so ever of the real world.

They do know, as eveidenced by their explanation of their color change. In their opinion, it was simply the best way to spread awareness of the hour.

We have a road near hear called Rio Vista. It's NEAR a river, but you can't SEE the river from there. I don't know what they were thinking! On the other hand, there's a road at the very top of the next ridge called Hilltop Lane!
