    Actually, if you look it up, most states do require road access to private property, and there have been lawsuits over attempts by private parties to prevent other private parties from having road access. So having someone block someone's driveway is definitely something the cops could be called over, and people would be arrested for. For that matter, the same would probably happen in most places if they obstructed traffic on a public road.
