I just finished watching the series two Doctor Who episode, "Army of Ghosts". Cybermen? Daleks? Oh, yes.
Where have you been? But I agree, that episode rocked the asses of this world and all others. You'll hate the end though.
Just got the S2 DVD boxset last week. (I can't stand television... most shows I like, I just buy the DVDs). I'll be watching "Doomsday" momentarily...
I remember that wonderful moment when the Daleks appeared, I almost shit myself from pure joy. Especially after the trailer hinted at them teaming up to "upgrade the universe". But what really happened between the two was much better.
I just watched Doomsday, having forgot I hadn't finished the season before I went on holiday. That was freaking awesome.
Don't care what you say about Rose. I'd still hit it so hard that scientists would call it "Big Bang II".
Meh... it was a good ep, but didn't care for the ending, especially the whole But a fun ep all around.
Guess you weren't paying attention. Anyway, I watched "Doomsday" and was a bit let down with the resolution to the whole Dalek/Cybermen problem. Nonetheless, I've always liked Rose so it was a touching farewell. David Tennant is an amazing Doctor. Best one yet, IMHO.
His comments on Series 3 make me feel confident about the Doc/Martha dynamic as well - it isn't going to be Rose Redux. And they're getting a cartoon!
The Cybermen sucked, in my opinion. Though a great moral enemy/victim for the Doctor, Daleks have a better hate-per-inch ratio.
Indeed. Now I'm sure that didn't bother some people, but it seemed a bit weak to me. If I missed something, please enlighten me.
I'd bang any lass who pronounces what as wought. Particluar Brit weakness. Of course, the restraining order against the Orbit Gum spokesgirl is still holding firm.
You can't imagine my disappointment at seeing a news item on Outpost Gallifrey entitled "Billie Piper's Treats" and finding out it was merely discussing her new play.
