Jesus!! That is one load of crap. I watched last night and was shocked. Shocked at the awful writing. The awful acting. How can Charlie Sheen do this? His greed shows though like a spotlight.

How does the brother stay a perpetual dick. What a sucker this guy is! And I think Charlie is too old for the character.

And the kid?? The child should be taken away from them. Seriously! They are raising an idiot. They are making him that way. Its child abuse.

But the show itself.....just bad. I can't believe that there are people out there that go for this. Its like a show from the 70's. People say their lines. Stand on their spots. Cue the canned laughter. Egads!!!

They run some jokes, more than once but a different way, in the same ep.

The characters are cartoons. Its not funny. Its stupid. I can only see recent immigrants to America enjoying this show. Or people who have just learned English.

It exists for the same reason According to Jim exists.

We (citizens) are watching this crap while, those immigrants are spending their time working their butts off to make their lives better.

Now I find that show funny. I think the writing is better.

With 2 and a Half Men, I could never get into the fact that they had this kid in on so many sex jokes. Charlie Sheen's manwhore role is overdone.

Two and a Half Men has it's moments. It's no Scrubs, but it can be quite funny at times. According to Jim is absolute dreck, saved only by the lovel visuals that Courtney Thorne-Smith provides.

I like Two and a half Men. Angus T Jones is the antithesis of the usual Hollywood Cute Kid, and Jon Cryer is a brilliant comic actor. Charlie Sheen's occasional mugging isn't enough to put me off...

Charlie Sheen is 42. His character is supposed to be 40-ish... not that big a stretch.

I think Mewa's trying to say it's a stretch that a 40-something obnoxious sexist dude would not have gotten slapped by reality and women.

Getting away with that crap as a hardbody 20something might fly. But at 40, it seems like it would be hard for either Charlie's character or the women around him to think he's all that.

Particularly when he isn't particularly rich (I presume, having watched maybe a half-episode of the show, from the fact that he and the other 1.5 men live together in a non-castle.)

I NEVER got why 2 and a half men was so popular. I just don't get it. It's like a hit show and I mean I REALLY just don't freakin get it.

I never watched it until they started showing the reruns in syndication, then I got hooked. I'm usually not into sitcoms, but this show is fucking funny. It's a ridiculous premise, but it works. The writing is top-notch, and the jokes are fast and furious.

I don't know how anyone can NOT think 2 1/2 men is the funniest show on the air.

I think it is stupid and their is a whole lot "ghey" going on in this thread over two men and a boy. Dirty bastards.

There's a alot of sexual innuendo humor in "Two and 1/2 Men", so I don't doubt that it goes straight over Mewa's head. I'm thinking fart jokes and dick jokes are about the limit of his capacity to appreciate, with slapstick being right in his wheelhouse.
