Dude, after your behavior and what would be considered threatening statements to others it does not matter to the law that you said you would never harm someone. If you go to their house, place of work, or find them anywhere else after making these statements you have violated all state stalking laws and a bunch of federal laws if you crossed state lines to do so. Not only would it be legal to blow your ass away on their property under castle laws, but under most stand your ground laws they would walk by merely saying they were scared of you at the moment. This is because you have shown yourself to have been more than verbal by your action of stalking if you make the action of showing up in person. The cops will generally laugh off the person who whines to them about online threats, but showing up to carry them out is going to get yourself in jail, and no one cares that you claim you were not there to cause any harm. Hell, just harassment online without any verbal threats of harm and then showing up in front of a person would get you arrested simply because the threat would be implied under many laws. When you have no business in the presence of a person you harassed any time you show up there will be considered an escalation of violence and puts you against most stalking laws. About the only defense you might have is if it were a public place and you had an actual purpose there and reasonable doubt would probably kick in. That is not going to happen at someone's front door if you show up there, and if you are way out of state you look terrible.

Sorry dayton, but it is better for you that you do not know who people are because with your stupidity you might end up in prison. I actually doubt you would ever show up in person to silence someone mainly because most internet tough guys ever do it, and it is a lot of effort considering how many people mock you. I could not imagine how much travel you would have to do to silence every person who insulted you on the internet, and it would probably make the mocking much worse if people knew you would show up in person and whine like a little bitch about it. There are legal ways to do things, but showing up in front of them is going to put you in jail or worse today.

Unless people are geographically close the time and expense of travel would probably cool their heads if all they were going to do is just ask for someone to say that to their face. Not that some people are able to carry anger for long periods, but considering the distance most internet people are away from each other it would be rare for that sort of anger to perpetuate itself for such periods. This is more of an immediate reaction sort of thing. Physical intimidation is normally really hard when you are not physically there. That is why online threats of physical violence are so full of shit and everyone knows it. It is just simply not the way the medium works.

I had suspected that the reason certain people used their real name around here was due to the tough guy thing. Dayton can try to say it is his real name so he is tougher than everyone because he opens himself up. That may have been more effective back a decade or so ago, but you do not want your name surfacing on a simple search. Too many employers are stepping way out of line into private lives which is why one should always use a nickname.

It's been quite fascinating to watch Dayton grow ever more sociopathic year after year.

But he probably does need a nice long break from the Internet.
