No, existence is eating your shoes, crapping in skips, living in a cardboard box and ejaculating into someone elses shit-encrusted underwear.

^Look at the US' homeless problem, you saying you don't consider avoiding that a success?

Far as I'm concerned, every night I sleep in my nice bed is a marker of success. Beyond that are baubles, diadems and dreams galore, but so long as all my worldly goods are not sitting in a trolley, but in a home, they're simply greater successes to achieve.

The problem here is that you can have all that and it means nothing, the government is the wolf and they are always at the door ready to take everything from you. Yeah we keep paddling to stay afloat, but there is no real rest and you say be thankful that we can get a breath of air every once in a while. I built my own house so its paid for but it makes 0 difference they tax you on what you earn and what you own, so there you are with a paid for house now making tax payments that amount to rent on your own home. The government is a sucking black hole that takes and takes and gives nothing but complaints of not enough money in return.

Bollocks. Since Storm settled down, I'm probably second to UA in the statephobic stakes and outright hatred of the worthless cunting shit-raddled fuckwringers who lord it over us like the utterly abominable twattards they are, and even I can recognize the difference between a wolf and a sad old wankstain desperately whoring itself out to the last few retards thinking the state offers a sane solution to their woes.

The reality is they'll tax you until enough of you squeak, then they'll stop as you pay their wages and it's kind of hard to cash a cheque when you're decorating a street light due to angry voters expressing their malcontent.

I probably pay more tax than you - I'm on the 40% band in the UK - yet can afford quote a lot. So seriously, it means something. Like being able to eat yoghurt from a recently bought pot, and not Stinky Pete's rotting shoe.

Happiness is what ever makes you happy. For me, right now, it means going places with my girlfriend, eating some delicious yet exotic foods, and spending time with friends. Eventually, I think it will mean marrying my girlfriend, having a screaming pack of kids, owning my own business, and watching my kids' school plays.

Yeah, but is it worth the constant fight? Some of us work and lots of us do not. I work so some other bastard can draw $500 bucks a week for 99Weeks on the Obama Plan and kick back and enjoy things, how is that anywhere close to fair? We have got a fucked up system that loads down the working and rewards them that don't. I am just tired. The problem with socialism that is happening now is that encourages people not to pull their share of the load.

It seems to revolve around time off with you. I certainly envy that.

Right now, success will be getting through college with both degrees and enjoying what I do with those degrees.

Success... that's hard to say. I certainly don't feel successful. I've done most things right, I'm organized, I'm fairly honest and hardworking. I'm just not there yet. For starters, I don't have Llumnissa's skill with people, or my mom's common sense. Right now I don't even have a degree and I'd have a hell of a time living on my own.

Drop him in the wilderness with a few tools and basic survival skills, and it could be a lot worse. At least he'd usually be too busy stalking and killing his food to sit on his ass and contemplate how utterly fucking pointless his existence is.
