    Not only is it longer than the giant squid, its much more massive. No-one has ever seen, much less caught a full-size one to verify how big they can get, but they have found large specimens and compared the beak size to that of beaks found in the stomachs of sperm whales, which are often much larger.

    One day someone will land a true giant, hope im still alive when they do it :D

    makes you wonder how big they used to be when they were more prevalent...sea monster stories, folklore and mythical creatures...

    wonder if they ever really did used to attack and take down whole ships.

    Gives the world some of it's old mystery and wonder back.
