At the same time the male half of our best friends wasn't happy when his wife got new titties, and loves my little ones. Not that I wouldn't seriously consider the possibility of all that permanence if I had could just throw money at something, but I can't, so I'm not.

I'm not so sure the stem-cell in the boobies thing is legal in US yet. At least wired didn't say it was legal here in their article. They said it was still undergoing research for the fda. Are you going to take her to Japan? They can do it there.

For the ass I think you can go a bit bigger. It really depends on how much fat you have to be lipoed. This is why if you are actually pretty skinny it either might not be feasible or more expensive (and painful) as they will have to go into multiple areas to harvest the fat cells. But it's not a 1:1 as not all the cells are usable and when implanted only 50-80% usually attach.

A plus though is that with moving the cells when your weight inevitably fluctuates it will be more in line with your sculpting.

i used to always think i'd have certain surgeries done if i could afford it, but after watching everything my sister has gone through in the past month.....it's completely changed my perspective. i'm so grateful to just have a body that functions the way it's supposed to. i can't think of anything i'd go under the knife for now.

If done right, the implants eventually look pretty natural - the ones that are obvious are usually intended to.
