The native American one proves just how race truly is only skin deep. I worked with a white looking guy with blond hair (once upon a time ) and blue eyes but was a card-carrying member of an Indian tribe. I saw the ID in his wallet once. I've got a brother that is whiter than many Nazi German breeding stock who has black features and gained more shit for not being in either camp. I've also got cousins with similar makeup to my brother, but since their mother had black hair, they are often mistaken for Italian or Mexican. Culturally, they don't identify much with blacks at all, and one outright doesn't associate with black women at all since the only exposure he's had was from his dad's in-laws--and they are ghetto as shit. It's too bad, because his mother loved black culture and had many decent black friends before she passed and my uncle decided to go slumming afterwards. But I digress. TLDR, race is on the surface only.
I knew a couple from Vietnam who had two kids, both of whom were blonde haired and blue eyed. No, the kids weren't adopted. The parents were both offspring from Vietnamese women and American servicemen and had grown up in Vietnam before moving to the States.
