The law says people have to use the bathroom according to the gender of their original birth certificate. When they write those up, the babies with penises are called male and the babies with vaginas are called female. That should cover it.

You want to let 100% of the babies who had penises into the women's bathroom. The NC law wants to let 0% of them in.

A couple cities in North Carolina said that men could use the bathroom according to their self-professed "gender identity". The NC state legislature and the governor said "No way" and passed a law saying that only people who had "F" on their original birth certificate could use the ladies room in public facilities. Note that nobody who has "F" on their original birth certificate has a penis, because doctors would have noticed that kind of thing when they're holding a naked baby upside down.

You haven't explained anything in 21 pages. You just assert that what I'm saying must be the opposite of what the NC situation is. You've never provided a single bit of evidence for that.

I keep repeating what the NC position is. That position is quite simply that people should use the restroom according to their actual gender, as printed on their original birth certificate, which is much the same as the law in many other states, such as mine. This means that men, the guys with Y chromosomes and penises, aren't legally allowed to use the women's bathroom. This keeps gangs of men from taking over women's private spaces.

I'm almost obsessive enough to go another round with you, but only almost. All the reasoning here has been gone over again and again in this thread. I'm not sure anyone here is left that doesn't know you're a fucking liar and nothing beyond that, including you, but for the record I'll say the following sentence: If anyone wanted to actually debate this, they'd react to the points made.
