Yep, the amazing thing is that 14th's example IS a false dilemma. The choices he posits - "you can either immigrate illegally or never immigrate" is the textbook example of what he claims others are doing.

And of course that doesn't remove the ethical consideration of breaking the law of another country, or the fact that said country would have every right to deport you if it found you were breaking said law.
