Disney has done it again, race swapped for no reason, except this time her whiteness is essential to her character. Remember, we can race swap Bond because it's not essential to his character. That was the argument then, what's the excuse now? How will Europeans feel about their fairy tales culturally appropriated? The dwarfs can no longer be dwarfs because Peter Dinklage doesn't understand that fairy tale dwarfs are not the same thing as dwarfism.

She is half Polish and half Colombian. And most Colombians are either partially or fully descended from Spanish.
