your impression of FF trying to be faceman is very good, but you need to whine a little more and throw some aliens in there.

The more conspiracy the better. Like RFK has impregnated melania with the antichrist trump baby.

Given the timing of the shoot it's more likely inspired by the war in Ukraine, but for some reason Ukrainians seem to have better things to do that protest Zara. :chris:

This is one of the five-point plan that the Israeli delegate to the UN has been promoting for the "day after".
Presenting the movement of people who have been starved and rendered homeless as "voluntary" really is something.

One also sees snazzy brochures from property companies about how they're going to develop beach-front homes for fresh Israeli settlements in Gaza.

    Gaza is a prison! :weep:

People will be allowed to leave! :weep:

    Pick a lane, perhaps?
Yeah, that was messed up and incredibly tone deaf. And I can't imagine any Israeli buying one and surviving that long afterwards. :clyde:

Seems the Israelis have themselves a fairly serious diplomatic dispute with the Vatican, after their forces shelled Catholic churches and murdered people trying to move around them. Pope Francis referred to their actions as "terrorism".

Aw jeez, I re-read the article and this jumped out:
If you're mad that the IDF seems to have little regard for the lives of Gazans, just wait until you hear about this group called Hamas. :(

But yeah, Hamas and the Gazans burned and raped all the goodwill they'd earned over the years with their victim routine when Hamas murdered 1200 people and kidnapped hundreds more.

I support Black Lives Matter in principle, but if BLM started indiscriminately murdering and raping people at music festivals and regular black people danced in the streets about it, I'd probably have to reevaluate my position there as well.

I'm actually interested in this. It's not that often people reverse their previous positions so entirely.

Did your position on this conflict change overnight on October 7th or was it coming before that? Do you now disagree with what you said (or implied) in that thread about the IDF? Why were previous terrorist actions by Hamas not sufficient to change your view? And what is it that you support "in principle" that's comparable to BLM?

There's speculation now that the US is about to change their position at the UN. They may vote in favour of some form of ceasefire resolution, or at least allow it to pass. It won't be for an "immediate ceasefire" but it's potentially a clear signal to the Israelis about modifying their conduct.

We need to keep on kicking Biden. It is clear that if you stop he corrects to the right real fast, but if you keep kicking him he will give up. This is just training people to pull harder to the left and start fighting more.

    Looks like.

Hamas is open to negotiations again (they wanted to negotiate at the start of the attacks, but Netanyahu shot it down immediately).

Netanyahu rejects a Fatah ruled Gaza, even if the alternative is Hamas.

Netanyahu reiterates opposition to Fatah rule in Gaza
It seems that, at this point, no major power wants this war more as much as Netanyahu and his cabinet.

I wonder if it's at least partially due to the effectiveness of Yemen's actions. Shipping to Israel has all but stopped, insurance rates are going sky high and trade through the Red Sea is much reduced. The west understands being hit in the pocket very well.

Pro Hamas activists gather outside a Jewish owned restaurant and chant " Jeremy, Jeremy, what do you say? How many kids did you kill today?”

    https://x.com/rubin_a1/status/1736175585120883185?s=20

This has nothing to do with Gaza, this is straight up Jew hatred

These "activists" remind me of those low rent, low self esteem idiots that went to go and join ISIS and then begged to come home when they realized it wasn't what they thought it was going to be

Not you're not. If you were you'd have engaged thoughtfully in the first place. It's not like I've kept my opinions and the reasoning behind them a secret.
But I was assured that folks only had a problem with "Zionists." :bergman:
A couple months ago I almost started a thread about that Canadian woman that ran off to marry an ISIS fighter, then begged Canada to help her and the kids she had with him after things went south. She had absolutely no idea ISIS was hurting anyone, she absolutely swears.

It was around the same time I saw articles about some poll suggesting that Canadians don't trust Muslims as much as other groups. I can't imagine why. :bergman:

Jeremy Sasson is a prominent benefactor of the organisation "Friends of the IDF", which raises money for the IDF. That took me 60 seconds to Google. Get your facts straight.

Good for him, given the nature of the threat that surrounds all of Israel

I mean he deserves what he gets, right? He holds very controversial opinions like "Jewish people live"

I saw a pickup fuck with 5 Isreali flags flying on it today in a big old fuck you to everyone else. The only other people I have seen do that crap are people who fly a bunch of Trump flags off their pickup fuck.

This idea that only one side is doing it is really stupid, but please go ahead and tell us all about how it is all anti-Isreal.

Breaking: Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza admits he is a Senior Hamas commander (Brigadier General) and explains how Hamas made the Hospital into a terror base.

    https://www.ynetnews.com/article/s1pj2mydp

"They hide in the hospitals because they believe that a hospital is a safe place, that they won't be harmed while they are inside a hospital," Kahalot said.
"Hamas has offices within the hospitals. There are designated areas for senior members, where they brought an abducted soldier. There is a specific place for interrogations, internal security and special security. Each of them has private phone lines within the hospital."

He further described how Hamas uses unlicensed private ambulances in a different color. "They used it to bring the kidnapped soldier and to transport bodies. It comes and goes without picking up injured," he admitted.

If that is indeed true, that’s low on Hamas’ part. I would question Eli David’s truthfulness, though, as he is an anti-vaxxer.

Posting "confessions" on social media is definitely what people who are properly investigating Hamas would do.

Doing so is itself a violation of the Geneva Conventions with regard to prisoners. To say nothing of the record that the Israelis for torturing suspects, the fact that many of those taken from Gaza have been killed in custody and the multiple issues with that video itself.

It's fairly clear that the Israelis are trying to create some sort of justification for their destruction of the entire Gazan health system.

I hear they write their name on the wall and the time they came in the room to prove that they were there because that is how terrorists do terrorism things. . Nothing like the operations of a hospital.

We have heard this bullshit before from the IDF. Their performance of innocence is noted, and you are going to need some more TP for your bullshit.
