There is roughly a zero percent chance of a legal challenge that strikes down this bill. Whether you support the legislation, oppose it, or are largely indifferent to it, you need to have a much clearer head than Captain J to be able to consider yourself well informed enough about it to be able to state a meaningful opinion on the matter.
What's the Senate gonna BS around with? This was the Senate bill, now ready to be signed by the President. This is going to be law. That's it. Possibly even tomorrow.
The bill as a whole might survive in some form. But there's no way on Earth the federal government can mandate a person purchase insurance. There's no Constitutional justification for that power; it simply does not exist.

The United States is still strong, and she still stands for freedom, liberty and equality for all people. This bill is an unknown quantity, but it will not be our downfall, it will not be our end. There is too much power in the spirit of this nation for that to happen now. The United States will grow ever stronger through adversity.
The US once stood for equality under the law. Now it stands for equality of outcome. That is not the same thing. We shall all be made equally miserable under this shit.

The last vote was several fixes to the Senate bill negotiated out between the House and Senate Leadership over the recent months. The House has passed the agreed fixes so now the Senate must as well. They're relatively minor though and this is pretty much the Senate bill.
