A few years back here in Augusta Fort Gordon used to provide soldiers to ride on the buses to keep "our future" from doing shit like this.

I didn't realize until I read further that this bus was transporting troubled kids. One of my son't friends (small and white) was in the juvenile justice circus. For a while he was serving at Atlanta.....wow. I think the Atlanta Zoo has the primate house overflow funneled into that place.
Realizing he wasn't going to survive with his rectum intact or a face that didn't look like a hockey player, he found another small white kid and got into a fight, severely injuring the other kid. He then spent the rest of the time pretty much in solitary, reading books. He did eventually get stabbed, but in another facility, maybe Augusta. It scared him straight, he's never been in trouble since!

BTW my local kiddie lockup has the third highest sexual assault rate in Georgia. Go Augusta!
