    Okay, here's the deal.

Whilst at uni, I had the good fortune of being able to write a football management simulation in Java as my final dissertation.
I now seek to convert this to an EXE file, so that it can run in standalone, and I can share it about.

However, Java people (you know who you are) tend to become spectacularly unhelpful when asked how ot do this. The typical answer is "What's the point?"
    So, none of that.

Free copies of the game for everyone if anyone can help. (And while it's not Football Manager 2007, it's not bad.)

    Totaly unrelated and off-topic :D

Ive been playing a lot of FM2007 recently. Did one game as preston just to get used to how it works, and for the last month or so Ive been playing as Lancaster City in the Conf north ( i like lower league in footy management games) I sold a lot of the crap players i started with but picked out a few who looked to have potential and kept them on. Now, 3 games years in i still have the same young guy playing up front, he's become my favourit player in the team....
Now, heres the mad thing. On that microsoft course i did recently one of the other guys doing the course had a familiar name. I asked him what he did for a living and he said "IT but also a part time footballer" ... :soma:
I was sat next to the real version of the guy who had been my best player in a game i'd been hammering to death for the last few weeks

    It's a small world sometimes..... :D
