For as long as I can remember, 50+/- years, minorities have been marginalized, red-lined, kept out of jobs, businesses, and recreational areas. The left has tried to get through the apathy of those who do nothing. But we’ve failed. Legal attempts have failed. As a last resort, we try to teach children in hopes the next generation will end the systemic oppression of anyone not white, cis, straight, and christian. It’s an attempt to stop apathy for those who are not like ... the apathetic.
