Sure. That would be interesting. I find it fairly unlikely that a short test like this one could get all the details right, but I wouldn't mind seeing how they analyse it.

I have taken much longer tests, based on an entirely different system, in order to find out if my motivational profile matches the work I am doing. That was quite interesting as well. I also found out that the work I am doing is perfectly suited to my motivational profile!

At first I thought "mechanic" didn't fit, but then I read the first sentence "your primary mode of living is focused internally, where you deal with things rationally and logically" and was done for. Yea, there ain't no arguing with that.

Although I am sad about who is in my boat with me.

Oops, looks like I've changed as a person. I'm no longer an INTJ like I was 5 years ago, now I'm an ENTP. Its all very borderline, though.

Thanks. The details fit me fairly well and, where they don't, they definitely correspond to what I could easily have been, or even used to be in the past. But over the years I have learned a lot about dealing with people, and am very much convinced that those with entirely different personalities are all useful. That means for example that although I am fairly organized myself, I do not get annoyed at working with people who aren't. I just take into account that "that isn't their strong point" and instead encourage them in directions that correspond to their strengths.

Furthermore, I really don't like confrontations. I have been in many over the years, because when my bosses need someone to "give the bad news" or "stand up to those guys," I am quite often the one selected for it. But I don't like it.

I can very much identify with the general profile, though. I wonder what Paladin (who is supposed to be the same) would think about it?
