The stupid thing has been stuck on 'elevated' for six years. I don't think anyone pays attention to it anymore.

Yeah. They are negotiating to recover the tech that was lost in the Roswell crash which lead to solid state transistors, computers and stealth. :)

Honestly, I wouldn't expect any government to necessarily share the information if they were contacted. The advantage to being a pipeline to that level of technology would be far to great to allow for dissemination. Even if the aliens weren't sharing, who would want anyone else to be able to try to talk them into it?

That Galactica ep had more :j: factor than all the Trek episodes combined, ever. :soma: :wank:

The Galactica's theatrical entrance was one of the greatest "FUCK!" moments on TV, and THEN the arrival of the Pegasus, thundering in, main guns blazing, and then the final battle of the Pegasus was just...OMFG.

I wept when the Peggy went down in that blaze of glory. History will never forget her name! :weep:

It was good, but I have to put the Fed alliance fleet leaving in Sacrifice of Angels or the Klingon attack on DS9 in Way of the Warrior right up there.

Man, I still get chills seeing the Defiant leading out all those ships to take back DS9....

Here's a video of the battle slightly edited with different music. VERY COOL.
