Lot's of places looking to clear out summer inventory plus other goodies. Anyone planning to pick up some stuff?

I'm hitting up Harbor Freight. Gonna combine some Labor Day Sale stuff with some Inside Track Coupons with some 20 & 25% coupons.

All for sure are little things:
    Magnetic tray (free w/any purchase)
2 rubber chock blocks ($5.99 instead of $7.99)
    50' 12 gauge extension cord w/3 way splitter ($29.99 instead of $39.99)
36" Bolt Cutters* (not on sale possibly use coupon on)

    Possible/likely:
Rolling tool chest ($99.99 instead of $149.99)

    Not Likely/Possible if drinking:
    Predator 2000w genny** ($399.99 instead of $499.99)

*Houston has made me realize that my Hooligan Kit isn't quite what I had in Iraq. Got a heavy 42" pry bar and a sledge axe, but really need some heavy bolt cutters)

**I'm loving my Wen which this is just a rebadged (red instead of yellow case), and it totally pulled the little 17' trailer we rented, including AC. Even pulled my buddies medium sized with AC. Didn't pull my other buddies Gooseneck when he turned on AC though. I'm thinking I buy a second one which you can parallel for home usage and then just alternate which one I take camping.

I thought about getting that Predator for camping, but I don't know if the run time is long enough for me. I'd primarily use it to run a fan and charge my phones while I'm sleeping and I don't know that I'd want to get up in the middle of the night just to refuel it. :marathon:

It's 6.5 hours on a half load. On a light load (on Ecomode) it'd probably last the night. I want to say that not pulling the AC, just lights, a fan and chargers it went through about half a tank in 5 hours. But I can't promise.

Since it is just a rebadged Wen you could probably confirm in the Amazon reviews.

I might go for it anyway. That's a really good price.

Plus, if I use it to run lights or a laptop at work (fortunately it's a pure sine wave generator) I can write it off as a business expense. :diablo:

    If you do, buy this:
    https://www.amazon.com/Yamaha-Ef2000iS-Magnetic-Oil-Dipstick/dp/B017CXO7AQ

Then get two quarts of oil. Cheapo conventional 10w-30 and nice full synthetic 10w-30.

Fill with cheapo (holds 1/3 quart), run 1h under no load, empty, clean dipstick.
    Do 3x.
Fill with good stuff and good to go.

Uh... How much did you spend?
You're asking the wrong question woman. I SAVED $152.99. More like $170 when you factor in sales tax.
No, actually, I asked exactly the question I wanted answered.
    :D I love you!

I thought about it, but I elected to spend all day at my friend's camper on the lake.
