Been meaning to do this for a while. I don't have a lot of guns . . . just three rifles and one shotgun . . . but I like the stabby things. Here's a few of them.

My Kabar (or Ka-Bar, if you prefer). For a long time this was my "go to" knife for all knifely needs. This knife has cut up boxes, stripped wire, cut holes in drywall (small ones), opened packages, and always went camping with me. Been sharpened many times.

My pocket knife. Used for whatever you'd use a pocket knife for. Also my only folding knife, as I greatly prefer fixed blades.

My machete. I have had this since the mid-1980s and this is by far the most useful lawn & yard tool I have. This blade has trimmed trees and bushes, cut through undergrowth, taken down small trees and brush, cut up boxes, cut landscaping cloth, made stakes, dug holes, and even flipped burgers when camping and I forgot my grille tools. It's been sharpened a bunch of times, has a small chip out of the blade near the middle, and been "customized" with duct tape due to wear and tear.

This is theoretically a hunting knife and was given to me as a gift. However, it is not a practical knife but a display thing. It is not properly balanced or tempered and will not hold an edge. Looks kinda neat, though.

My katana. This is a "practical" katana and was machine-forged, not done in the old way. Nevertheless, it is a fully functional sword, tempered and balanced with a wickedly sharp edge.

My short sword. This is from Cold Steel and is also properly tempered and balanced. Very, very sharp edge on this one. A pleasure to practice with as it is very light and fast.

This set is called the Dakkar set. Bought before I really knew much about swords and/or knives in general. Not balanced or tempered correctly, won't hold a sharp edge. They would probably do okay as thrusting weapons but are completely unsuitable for actual swordplay as the steel is too mild and the handles are uncomfortable.

My longsword. Bought many years ago at the Maryland Renaissance Fair. Purely a display or hanger sword. Not balanced or tempered, no edge, mild steel, and too heavy compared to an actual longsword. But it's pretty and I like it.

I have more but haven't taken the photos yet.
