She was hospitalized with fever and chills and is supposed to go home tomorrow. Doesn't matter which side we're on, let's wish for a speedy recovery. Can we at least do that much?

She probably thought she was doing well health wise and she knew Hillary was going to run so I think on some level she wanted to give the first woman POTUS her first SCOTUS choice.

I think her condition is more serious than they are letting on. She was flown by helicopter 50 miles to another hospital. Why? She could have gotten the antibiotics and fluids at the first hospital.

I think that's exactly what it was. She thought Hillary would win, so she would then step down and allow the first female president to choose her replacement.

Ginsburg has gone on record in the past as saying that she is opposed to strategic resignations and thinks that the lifetime appointment means someone should stay on as long as they are able to do the job.

Personally I think lifetime appointments to this type of role are crazy, but with that being the system she has been consistent about her views on it.

Well, I don't care how much of a hero she is to women and the Left. If she dies on the bench and Trump gets to replace her, that failure is all I'll ever remember her for.
