yeah, they were just taking about that on internet infidels irc... if I was that girl's folks, I'd be in jail right now for double murder. (i'd also have been more watchful of my daughter online, but...)
I believe the TOS for MySpace is 'nobody under 14'. I'm sure that was probably mentioned a few times when the account was created. Did these parents have an plans to be a parent at some point and say 'fuck no you can't have a MySpace account'? I did.
Nope! Attempted, detected and dealt with. When Pop is a network, server and security engineer, the odds against you are a bitch.
So, these parents letting this kid have a MySpace account was a good idea? I haven't read all this and I'm not going to. I made it far enough to see it was a 13 year old kid on MySpace. That's dumb. What would be different today if those parents would have just said 'no MySpace for you!'?
Yeah, normally I am opposed to lynching and vigilante justice...but really, these people need to be dragged out into the street and have the fuck beat out of them.
Read the entire thing... Christ, what is it with the lazy assed people who aren't willing to read a less than one page story? I mean seriously, I bet it's the same attitude that is why the government is fucked... They take one look at the constitution and go TLDR...
Calm down, Nancy. You're supposed to give us the gist, not the entire article. That's what links are for, for folks who care enough to learn more.
One would assume that to make an educated discussion, one would need to read the entire article with which the first post was based/made from... Assuming that the first post had such a source article to begin with.
Don't hate just because I can make good money doing more than one thing. I won't rub it in that neither of my sources of income don't involve sucking anybody's balls in Hollywood.
Yeah, I bet all rock stars have second jobs that involve network security. Shit, Slash must be late to his shift at the call center.
No I found a link to the page on another sight... That would be but one, of several examples, of a starting post source, yes. Another could be direct life experience, "Today on the way to work..." or similar.
Who the fuck said I was a rock star? Hey, didn't I hear you're a copyright clerk now? Still stamping other people's works of art (or at least inspirations)? EDIT - scratch that, you would be seeing the tarnished turds pumping through the bowels of Hollywood.
Be warned then, if you ever try teling us about something happening to you on the way to work, I'm going to demand a link. :xmassad:
Well, you can't be a rock star or you'd have too much of a life to post here. Or any board for that matter.
Stick to one's and zero's. Written English clearly isn't your forte. But keep passing out those demos. Maybe you can open for Nickleback one day.
I've had to do the road for a few years. Heavy traveling. Oh, and I had to set up my own shit. There's a hell of alot boredom when traveling.
I find the blasé attitude towards life and death from some of the posters on WF, these days, to be a little disturbing.
