Ok, I've been told that Mahjongg doesn't keep score, so could a mod please delete the tourney or whatever? We'll try again another time....when it's fixed.....or whatever.
Don't hold your breath...I've been bugging TPTB ever since the Arcade came back, and it's still not posting scores. The techie gurus obviously don't play the game....
There's 2* ways for me to fix a game: edit its info in the database, or replace the game with the same from another source. The former only works for things like high-low score problems. This Mahjongg Alchemy is, AFAIK, the only one I have. Since we had this before, and it was working, it means there's a bug in the Arcade that's tickling MA (or, more likely, it was always broken, but there was a bug in the previous version of the arcade that cancelled it out). If I find a new Mahjongg Alchemy game, I'll replace it. *3 if you include merging two half-broken copies, like I did for Flashbert.
The version of MA we have now does seem to be slightly different from the last one we had, after a game finishes it goes to a different splash screen than it used to.
Okay, after much searching (and learning that ibproarcade orders ASCIIgraphically rather than lexigraphically) I have found another version. I'll install it now.
