Punisher too in a "What If..." I don't see a Venom film being any more difficult than, say, Ant-Man - if anything it's easier as it's already been in one film (Spidey3) and you don't need the effects of scale. Just need a good reason for it to appear (Battle of NY, GotG 80's opening scene, upcoming Infinity War all provide vectors) and you either have it bind to an existing MCU character (Black Widow would work nicely) or have them buddy up.
Oh, that is too funny. A Hasselhoff song in Guardians 2 may rip the spacetime continuum through sheer awesome cheesiness!

Titles and release dates for the next 3 X-Men flicks. New Mutants- April 13th 2018. Deadpool 2- June 1st 2018. X-Men: Dark Phoenix- November 2nd 2018.
Holy shit. 3 films in 8 months?!? Might be overdoing it. While Deadpool 2 will probably be a hit, the X-Men franchise has been a little shaky and New Mutants is a totally new property.
I know I'm gonna get rapped in the mouth for this, but... ...I actually like X3. I never really read the X-Men comics, though. I find that my friends who have read them are more likely to be disappointed with the X-Men movies (and particularly X3) then those who haven't. But general audiences may see it differently: X3 is--apart from Deadpool--the highest grossing film (domestically, adjusted for inflation) of the X-Men franchise.
I don't hate any of them, even "X-Men Origins: Wolverine". X3 is entertaining, and parts of it are even some of my favorite moments in the franchise, but I remember the 90's cartoon version of Dark Phoenix, and that was beefier, and deserved better treatment. And in this documentary by Comicbookgirl19 (she basically reads the comic to you) you can see the comic was even more epic than the cartoon version. It'd be like if they adapted "Lord Of The Rings", into the "Yor: Hunter Of The Future". Yor has some unintended yuks, and can entertain, and be fun, but....it ain't Lord Of The Rings. X3 taken as its own thing is alright, but I really think it's the bad taste the Dark Phoenix stuff left in people. Either you do it, or you don't. Once you mention it at all, you gotta commit to it.
The X-Men comics had degenerated into self-parody by the early 90s. The movies have all been watchable, some of 'em even pretty good. You just have to think of them as What-Ifs or Elseworlds type things.
Yeah, I like that one, too. I feel so dirty. Of course, I see now how gigantic a missed opportunity the depiction of Deadpool in that film was. I can understand fans of Deadpool hate, hate, hating it for that reason. Oh, yeah, X3 definitely has some great moments. That battle at the end is a terrific action sequence, and, yes, I get a lump in my throat when Logan kills Jean. Seldom do I go back to X1. X2? Two great bits: Nightcrawler in the White House, and Wolverine vs. Lady Deathstrike (which comes in second only to the Quicksilver scene in DoFP as my favorite of the franchise). I'll check it out!
Holy freakin' Jack Kirby, I cannot for the life of me understand what kind of crack the producers were smoking when they did that. It's like they looked at Deadpool in the comics and went "Naaaah, we're just gonna use the name."
Avengers 4 has no title (for us), because its title will spoil the ending of Infinity War. http://www.cbr.com/marvel-avengers-4-title/ So, probably no title announcement until Infinity War comes to blu-ray, so they know everyone's seen it.
I wasn't sure they were going to do a fourth one in this continuity... but I am happy that they will.
Yep, Avengers 4 wraps up phase 3. It was supposed to end with Inhumans, but that's been turned into a TV show, so...
Oh wait, is this Infinity War Part 2? Or are we really getting 3 Avengers movies in Phase 3 (4 if you count Civil War)?
Given that the title spoils Infinity War, then I guess you could call it "Infinity War: Epilogue". So, yeah, IW2.
If Avengers 3 leads directly into Avengers 4, and Avengers 3 is definitely "Infinity War," my guess is that the Infinity War does not go well for the Avengers, and they're at a very, very low point at the end of Avengers 3. Hence, my "spoiled" title above.
In all seriousness it's probably going to be West Coast Avengers led by Hawkeye. They can still afford Jeremy Renner
So, what will the future Avengers line-up be? I mean, after the original Avengers' contracts all expire. I'm hoping... Dr. Strange Captain Marvel Winter Soldier The Vision Black Panther Ant-Man Wasp
Either that, or Infinity War ties up in a nice little bow battle wise, and survivors wise, but the world they come back home to has been reality warped into something else, and no one recognizes them, because they're anomalies now. Maybe it's even the comic book world, and MCU finally merges with official Stan Lee-verse continuity.
I suspect it'll be along the lines of the recent final eps of Legends of Tomorrow. Thanos wins, uses Gauntlet to change reality, heroes battle to undo afterwards in the next one. Marvel likes to push the boundaries a lot, but they're still somewhat conservative with their plots (although Ragnarok may just change that), so yeah, fully expect to it go along those. If so, I hope they don't make all their lives miserable in the new reality, given them something beyond their lives to sacrifice. After the flashbacks in AoU, say having Black Widow and Banner as a happy couple, some cute kids, that'd bring some real angst to it. Would they want to go back to how they were?
Guardians 2 is just a few months after Guardians 1, and Infinity War is 4 years after Guardians 2. http://www.cbr.com/avengers-infinity-war-set-4-years-after-gotg-vol-2-feige-says/
