The sweater in the first two needs a good washing... Oh the jokes I could make this wasn't in The Green Room.
yeah, I don't care. Fire away. Can we get a red room rules post? and yes, it does need a good wash I was moving dusty shit in my aunt's basement.
thats where the long hair comes in. With a black shirt and jeans I look like a fucking badass. IMNSHO, of course
Bowflex commercials! Chris Slade played drums for The Firm and AC/DC. He was a bald dude. Rob Halford kept losing his hair so he finally went with the shaved look. Or foil's band could go with a Joe Satriani look-alike.
or I could just get my Godfather. Hes bald and hillarious. He can be professional mover. Not do anything but walk around on stage.
Yeah, but like all bald dudes, Rob went ghey, are we sure we want foil's band to go that direction? Although there is good money in being an Erasure cover band...
Chris Slade was only on the album Conquest which came out in 1980. That one is... well... controversial to Heep fans as it was kind of their pivot point in musical style and the last (IIRC) album with the band's chief songwriter (and keyboardist) Ken Hensley. Uriah Heep went through several phases so the recommendations would depends on what you like. I personally prefer their early-ish stuff. Demons and Wizards (1972) and The Magician's Birthday (1972) are top of the line. They have a kind of a keyboard heavy proto-heavy metal hippy prog-rock vibe. As their career went on they became more and more pop-rock like. In the 80's, the album Abominog (1983 IIRC) was actually pretty good but in a sort of Foreigner/Asia/Toto kind of way. I tend to avoid any albums they made after that. Oh yeah their album Firefly (1977) is also worth a listen. It's the first album they made after firing their original lead singer David Byron (who I think is one of rock's most underrated vocalists of all time).
We recently served as the Honor Guard at a dedication for new grave markers for 2 Confederate soldiers. One of them was in Co. B, 19th Tennessee Infantry - the unit we represent. I'm on the back row, 3rd from left. Ghani belongs to the Order of the Confederate Rose and serves as a mourner at grave dedications and SCV funerals. Little Leto does some reenactments with me as a drummer. Here's Chani at the beach last August.
Wasn't demanding that you take it down. Ain't like me sending naked pictures of you to your friends without asking, or something.
