    BTW, Europe doesn't believe in free refills at any restaurant, even at Burger King, McDonalds, etc. Thus, all you can eat buffet would be grounds for execution.

    Having said that, Il Molino in Caldono, Italy can blow me. But Da Lino
    is awesome...best Calimari in the world! And, it was walking distance from my apartment.

    I'm not concerned with how hard it is to make something or how pretty it looks on the plate. The bottom line is how it tastes and most of the pansy ass fru-fru shit that I've tried in my day ain't fit for human consumption.

    I'm a devotee of the Food Network and I'm a huge fan of complex flavors, but half of everything they show shouldn't even be on the same plate. Boiled catfish in a ginger sauce? :yuck:

    However, Collard Greens covered in a nice wombat urine and crested titmouse bile sauce is to die for! The chain restaurants just can't compare.
