The black communities of New Jersey can rest easy, the dastardly criminal behind this heinous act of "bias intimidation" has been arrested:

Probably not, but then you don't incite panic, and such an announcement could easily incite panic.

It's a textbook case of criminal conversion ("exerting unauthorized use or control of someone else's property. It differs from theft in that it does not include the element of intending to deprive the owner of the possession of that property"), and perhaps also a good case of criminal trespass depending on exactly how that's defined in local law. Those are crimes for which arrest is appropriate.

One report I read indicated there were two adults standing near the kid. Don't suppose either of them had anything to do with it...

I just saw where they are charging a 16 year old - identity not released since he's a minor.

He's also a rank amateur - send a boy to do a man's job and this is what happens. You want to get the blacks to leave any given area?

I was wondering if there were any blacks in there too. Whole Foods is a very white, very upper-class, snobby kind of place. The few times I've been, I haven't seen anyone except whities.

It's a far better shopping experience than a Walmart though for sure. I think 98% of customers and employees either don't speak english or are wearing sweatpants, lol.

Then you haven't been to Whole Foods on Ponce in Atlanta. There are often more blacks than whites. The fried chicken, mac n cheese, and collard greens there are great.

I've been in several Whole Foods in NYC and Chicago and see lots of Blacks. I don't shop there regularly because it is way over priced, but when I do go there, I'm not the only Black there by far.

I buy my coffe there because it's the only place close by that has the particular Columbian blend that I like.
