I will agree that corporate dems would love to just create tent cities and let the people die within them rather than help them into other areas while funding safety net programs to help them acclimate to our society and become legitimate citizens. But I'm not like you. So I actually do things. I support anyone who isn't a Trumper, or who thinks that Trump is a secret liberal running for office on the local level. I donate, every month, to both DSA parties in the US, my local Democratic party (since there's no DSA party in this area, and it isn't practical for me to try to start a branch here for complicated reasons), I also support scientific research organizations, and donate to the odd-political candidate, either time or money, depending upon circumstances. I've participated in political demonstrations against racism, forced birthers, and inequality. I also do volunteer work for secular organizations trying to keep religion out of politics. Amongst other things.

So, yeah, unlike you, I do shit. I also know that the goal is not to have a particular "team" win but to have the ideas of freedom, equality, a healthy ecosystem, and genuine prosperity for all, win. If you can deliver on those, you have my attention, I don't care what you call yourself, be it Communist, Socialist, Anarchist, or anything other than a Nazi, basically. Oh, and I rarely vote to re-elect someone, no matter how well they might be doing their job. Why? Because I don't want them to get cozy and think that they can take the gig for granted. Yeah, so I voted for Obama in '08, voted for Jill Stein in '12, voted for Johnson in '16 (not because I liked him, but I figured if he got enough of the vote, that'd qualify the Libertarian Party for Federal matching funds, which would help split the Republican vote in '20), voted for Biden in '20 (because if there was even the slightest chance that this state flipped for Biden, I was going to ensure that it happened), and next year, I'll almost certainly vote for some third-party candidate, depending upon the polls.

Does any of that make a difference? I don't know. But at least it's something to try and move the needle. And outside of revolution/mass protest, you're never going to see rapid progress. I'd suggest looking at how long African-Americans have had to struggle to get the meager rights they have, but we already know you don't think that they count as humans. Go find yourself a refugee from some country torn by civil war, and ask them to tell you their horror stories. While they're doing that, remind yourself that no matter how bad it might sound, the reality was far worse for them and others who weren't so lucky to escape. Because you've got the same attitude as those fashy accelerationists who want to burn it all down because they think that they'll be the warlord on top of the ashes. Good luck with that shit. The fucking planet's dying and you want to ensure that we kill it off as fast as possible by having another civil war.
