As much as a person should resign if they had any integrity, an indictment is certainly not a conviction of guilt. The news and dems love to spike the ball on the fifty with indictments, but this is not a criminal conviction.

The difference difference between the "Law and order" people and republicans is the fiction writers at Law and Order could not possibly have imagined the crazy of the republican criminal element and their excuses.

Apparently federal convictions require serving at least 85% of a sentence before parole.

George is looking at a long stay.

The judge that decides his bail needs to be held responsible for assisting Santos in his escape. Everything we have seen about Santos says he will flee. Any judge who releases him is beyond being able to properly judge character. If there is anyone ever that deserves no bail because of being a flight risk it is Santos.
