    Is there is a way for Internet Explorer to have ALL add-ons not functioning, yet listed as Enabled in the add-on managing menu.

    And, how do I get them functioning again?

    Are you using internet explorer 8? Windows 7?

    If so, you are probably opening the INternet Explorer (no addons) by mistake. This sometimes shows the addons as active, because they're not disabled, but they're not running.

    But, how you explain this, safe mode makes a lot of sense.
