Not sure if they still have it, but DC Comics used to have Michelle Pfieffer's Catwoman costume on display in their offices. Trust me when I tell you there was no padding involved, and I doubt she could have moved the way she did if the rig involved a corset. What you see is what she's got, and she probably lived on lettuce while they were shooting.
